The faculty is led by a Dean who is directly responsible to the Rector.
The Dean oversees planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the implementation of education and teaching, research and community service, faculty development, educational staff development, and student affairs within the Faculty.

The faculty leadership consists of the Dean and Vice Dean. The Vice Dean is responsible to the Dean. If the Dean is temporarily unavailable, the Vice Dean acts as the Dean's daily executor.
