RIAU - Hamzanwadi University, East Lombok, NTB signed a collaboration with the University of Riau (UNRI), Monday (08/14/2023) in Riau, Sumatra. This agreement has a more concrete dimension, especially in the academic context.

"That moment also coincided with the implementation of the MIPA Faculty Collaboration, namely the exchange of Statistics Study Program students," said Secretary of the Center for Cooperation and Public Relations of Hamzanwadi University Jamaluddin, M.Eng.

He emphasized that in this student exchange, students will have the opportunity to experience a different academic environment, gain new insights, and expand their social networks through this exchange.

He also expressed his gratitude to the faculty management. "Hopefully what students get at the UNRI Campus can be maximized at Hamzanwadi University when the exchange program is completed," he concluded.

Meanwhile, the Coordinator of the Statistics Study Program (Korprodi) from Hamzanwadi University Muhammad Gazali said that collaboration with the University of Riau (UNRI) is a very valuable opportunity for students in the field of Statistics.

Through student exchanges, students will not only gain broader academic knowledge, but can also hone their social and cross-cultural skills.

"With this step, both hope to enrich the educational experience of students and improve the quality of learning in the field of Statistics," he said.

In addition, they can interact with students from different backgrounds, they will gain new insights that can help them grow as more skilled and knowledgeable individuals.

He also hopes that this collaboration will open the door to further collaboration between the two universities in various fields, such as joint research, lecturer exchanges, and other academic activities.

"This is a step forward that is expected to improve the quality of education on both sides, as well as have a positive impact on the academic world as a whole," he continued.
