Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Computer Science Sign Agreement to Enhance Faculty Through Doctoral Studies

SEMARANG – The Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Hamzanwadi has officially entered a strategic partnership with the Faculty of Computer Science at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (Udinus). This collaboration aims to improve the quality of human resources, particularly faculty members, through a doctoral-level study program. (8/20/2025)

The agreement was signed at the Udinus Postgraduate Building in Semarang. It was witnessed by the Rector of Universitas Dian Nuswantoro, Prof. Dr. Pulung Nurtantio, M.Kom. Representing Universitas Hamzanwadi was the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. H. Muhammad Djamaluddin, M.Kom., who directly signed the agreement.

In his welcoming remarks, Prof. Pulung Nurtantio expressed his appreciation for the new synergy. "We warmly welcome this collaboration because it will open greater opportunities for Universitas Hamzanwadi faculty to pursue their doctoral studies at Udinus. We hope this partnership will strengthen the academic and research ecosystems at both universities."

Dr. H. Muhammad Djamaluddin emphasized that enhancing the capacity of faculty members is a top priority for the Faculty of Engineering at Universitas Hamzanwadi. "This partnership is a sensible step towards preparing our faculty to be more competent, competitive, and able to meet the challenges of education in the digital age. We believe that collaborating with Udinus will greatly benefit the development of our institution and our students."

The agreement includes providing a special pathway for Universitas Hamzanwadi faculty to continue their doctoral studies at Udinus, strengthening collaborative research, and exploring opportunities for joint academic development.

Through this collaboration, Universitas Hamzanwadi hopes to continue producing high-quality faculty who can develop innovative learning methods and contribute to creating a competitive, globally-ready generation.
