East Lombok - Hamzanwadi University continues to explore cooperation with various parties. This is to contribute in various ways for mutual progress.

This time, the campus with the motto of excellence and competitiveness is exploring cooperation with the NTB Representative Tax Office. The ranks of campus officials welcomed the group at the rectorate, Wednesday (12/21/2022).

Deputy Chancellor I for Academic Affairs of Hamzanwadi University Dr. Abdullah Muzakar, M.Si, said that this exploration of cooperation is a form of campus development to provide understanding and bring students closer to being aware of the importance of taxes.

"This step is also a vehicle for developing the tri dharma of higher education. We warmly welcome programs that involve campuses to make government programs a success," he explained.

Present on that occasion were the Head of the Cooperation and Public Relations Section of the Nusa Tenggara DJP Regional Office Helmy Handjana Gampitabumi, the Head of KP2KP Selong Helmi and the Head of the Data Assurance and Quality Section of the Pratama Praya Tax Office Affan Jamil.

In his presentation, Head of Taxation Public Relations Team Helmi conveyed how important the participation of educational institutions as an extension of taxation is.

Through this collaboration, it is hoped that there will be tax agents from among students. Therefore, his party will hold training for 20 students to become tax agents.

Not only tax agents in the future, his party will have a tax center located around the campus which is expected to be able to provide services to taxpayers.
