MALANG - The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences) of Hamzanwadi University handed over students in the framework of the implementation of the Student Exchange Program with the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) which aims to improve academic cooperation between universities.

In addition to the handover of students, the two campuses signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences) and the Faculty of Language Arts and Humanities of Hamzanwadi University with the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, Wednesday (20/09/2023).

A number of students from various study programs at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and the Faculty of Language Arts and Humanities of Hamzanwadi University have been selected to take part in this exchange program. They will have a rare opportunity to study science and culture in different academic environments for one semester.

"The signing of this MoA shows our shared commitment to supporting the exchange of knowledge and experience between students and strengthening cooperation in various academic fields," said the Dean of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Hamzanwadi University, Dr. H Edy Waluyo.

He said that this student exchange program is a real manifestation of efforts to involve students in diverse academic experiences. He hopes that students can take advantage of this opportunity to broaden their horizons and build valuable networks.

This student exchange program is expected to be a strong foundation for further cooperation between the two universities in terms of research, lecturer exchange, and academic program development. It is also expected to enrich students' educational experiences and advance higher education.

"We hope that students who are selected to participate in this exchange program will take maximum advantage. Hopefully, the cooperation between Hamzanwadi University and Muhammadiyah University of Malang will continue to grow and have a positive impact on the world of education," he hoped.
