Central Lombok - Hamzanwadi University again held the 2025 Working Meeting (Raker) with enthusiasm and optimism to continue improving the quality and achievements of the university, Saturday (11/01/2025) in Mandalika Central Lombok.

The Chancellor of Hamzanwadi University, Dr. Hj. Sitti Rohmi Djalilah, conveyed a number of important directives in this strategic agenda as guidelines for moving further in the coming year.

She expressed her gratitude to all levels of management for the various achievements that have been achieved. All of these achievements are of course due to the good solidarity of all extraordinary parties from all management of Hamzanwadi University.

"Hopefully in 2025, our solidarity will be even stronger, as in a family that always supports each other. We will be able to face all challenges together, God willing, we have been tested," she added.

The Chancellor highlighted the university's big agenda, including the plan to open the Faculty of Medicine. She said that this step was a very good effort and required thorough preparation.

Not only that, the Chancellor emphasized the importance of intensifying meetings as an evaluation effort to immediately identify and correct existing deficiencies. Good planning up to the implementation level must be a priority.

Increasing research and lecturer productivity is also a major concern. Research must continue to be improved, and all lecturers at Hamzanwadi University must be more productive in supporting academic and institutional progress.

"For young lecturers who have not completed their doctoral education, immediately continue their studies to improve their competence. "This is important to support the development of individual academic capacity, strengthening contributions to superior research." said Umi Rohmi.

Furthermore, intensive coordination with various work units within the university is considered very important. She reminded that every problem that arises must be resolved immediately without delay.

"Don't like to keep problems. Strong coordination will help us work optimally as a team to support the achievement of common goals to the maximum,” he explained.

On the other hand, external cooperation is also a priority by adjusting to the 6th Key Performance Indicator (IKU) which focuses on relevance and sustainability to support improving the quality of the university.

“Future cooperation must consider strategic needs, long-term potential, and alignment with the vision and mission in order to provide maximum impact for the development of the university,” he said.

Closing his direction, Umi Rohmi invited all academicians to make 2025 a momentum to work harder and smarter in building Hamzanwadi University.

“Hopefully this will bring positive energy in building our beloved campus. Let's continue to improve team performance optimally to achieve a superior and competitive future,” concluded the Chancellor.
