
INAUGURATION OF STUDENT PRESIDENT AND STUDENT VICE PRESIDENT OF HAMZANWADI UNIVERSITY FOR THE 2023 PERIOD
East Lombok - After going through the student general election (PEMIRA), on Thursday (22/12) the President and Vice President of Hamzanwadi University Students along with the ranks and the Student Representative Council (DPM). The activity was centered in the Hall of the Faculty of Engineering, Hamzanwadi University which was inaugurated directly by the Vice Chancellor III Dr. H. Musifudin, M.Pd.
Previously, Hariadus Solihin and M. Saidi had been elected as President and Vice President of Students for the 2021-2022 period replacing Muhammad Eki Tamara, Q.H, S.Pd and Mirzan Agus Pratama, S.Kom. Together with the Student Executive Board (BEM), the Student Representative Council (DPM) they were read a Decree by the Head of the Achievement Unit Marzuki, M.Pd and sworn in by the Vice Chancellor III of Hamzanwadi University.
The Demissioner Student President expressed his gratitude for all the trust given while as Student President and also hoped that the next leadership could bring Hamzanwadi University further forward with positive activities and increase synergy.
In his speech, Vice Rector III Dr. H. Musifudin, M.Pd greatly appreciated the hopes of the elected Student President and was ready to support BEM activities for the progress of the beloved campus. In addition, the Rector also expressed his gratitude for the hard work, efforts and permission of Allah SWT for the work of the KPUM Universitas Hamzanwadi management, who had carried out this reorganization process smoothly according to the scheduled time despite various obstacles, but this was not an obstacle for the KPUM management.
The Rector advised the students who received the AMANAH, namely: "If we serve in an organization and make achievements in it, then it will be history for our management at that time. However, if in our management it only runs as usual, it will be remembered just like that ". He said.
The elected Student President Hariadus Solihin in his speech thanked the students who had supported PEMIRA and would realize the vision and mission by electing several competent and qualified ministers in his ministry consisting of 15 ministries. The hope is that there will be cooperation from all campus elements, from study programs to the rectorate bureaucracy, to involve the faculty BEM in all campus activities and provide support both materially and non-materially. We will carry out this mandate as best we can, he said.
With the completion of the inauguration of the new leadership, this reminds us that the position held is a mandate from all students. This must be a momentum to serve students and listen to their aspirations.
