Mentoring Activities-2 in 30 Target Schools in East Lombok

The second mentoring activity in 30 target schools in East Lombok was carried out on April 15-17 with 188 participants (M: 65/F: 123) consisting of supervisors, principals, and teachers. In this second mentoring activity, the supervisors re-discussed the initial student identification tool and its results. From the identification results carried out by the teachers, various student abilities were found, so in this second mentoring, the supervisors discussed with the principals, teachers and distributed instruments to see the follow-up plan from the assessment results and identification of students' functional learning difficulties, such as so far whether the principal knows the basic literacy data and students' functional learning difficulties, what basic literacy learning ideas and inclusive education are relevant to TP, what programs are made to respond to the initial identification results, and when the program will be implemented. From the discussions/questions raised regarding basic literacy learning ideas and inclusive education, the average answer from each teacher was to adjust the teaching materials to the students' abilities, so that from this learning idea, it is hoped that a school program related to IKM in basic literacy and inclusive education will emerge.
