Mentoring Activity-1 in 30 Target Schools in East Lombok
The first mentoring activity in 30 target schools in East Lombok was carried out on March 27-April 1 with 194 participants (M: 83/F: 111) consisting of supervisors, principals, and teachers.
In this mentoring activity, supervisors provided training to principals and teachers on the material of unit 1 "Creating a Sense of Security for All Students: The Foundation of Inclusive Education", unit 2 "Identification of Student Functional Learning Difficulties", and unit 6 "Inclusive Education Strengthening Program Based on Education Report Card Data".
From the material presented, principals and teachers were trained to conduct initial assessments and identify students' functional learning difficulties through the kobootolbox application, so that from the results of the initial assessment and identification of students' functional learning difficulties, teachers could design appropriate learning ideas to overcome problems found in students. After the mentoring was held, as a follow-up, teachers conducted assessments and identified functional learning difficulties for all students in grades 1-4 using the kobootolbox application. From the results of the assessment and identification carried out by all teachers in 30 target schools, the highest basic literacy results were found in special interventions at the story level; 796 students and the most common functional learning difficulties found were cognitive; 26%, reading; 26%, and attention; 18%.
