Photocopy of report card of one semester with the best grades
Photocopy of Diploma/SKL if any
Photocopy of KK (Family Card)
Photocopy of KTP
Already registered as a new student at Hamzanwadi University proven by showing proof of re-registration.
Have academic or non-academic achievements (Proven by certificates or charters).
Take the interview test if you pass the filing

For those who register for KIP Kuliah, please use a Formal Personal Photo with a Blue or Red Background (Passport Photo)
Files are collected using a BLUE MAP by writing the Name, Cellphone Number, and Study Program taken.
All files are photocopied in 2 copies and submitted at the PMB counter of Hamzanwadi University.
