NTB Museum Collaboration, Hamzanwadi University to Hold Event
The Center for Cooperation and Public Relations (PKH) Team of Hamzanwadi University continues to build cooperation with various parties in order to maximize the programs that the team has designed in providing information on campus developments to the public.
Previously, the PKH Hamzanwadi team had built communication and signed cooperation agreements with several high schools (SMA), local governments and others. This time the PKH team opened the network by building communication and cooperation with the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Provincial Museum.
"Yesterday, we communicated with the NTB Provincial Museum and discussed several points of activities or events that we will hold in the future," said the Director of PKH Hamzanwadi University, Dr. Muhammad Holqi in his release, Wednesday (10/21/2020).
He said that several points in the discussion included a joint exhibition of historical objects between the museum and Hamzanwadi University with SMA/MA equivalent.
"We will visit high schools or equivalent Islamic high schools in order to provide them with an understanding so that students know about the importance of history. Remember we exist today because there was a past," he said.
The second point in the discussion was research and study of local historical objects that until today have not been revealed to the surface so that many young generations do not know. "This is what makes us lose our identity and seem not proud to be our own nation," he explained.
In addition, his party will hold a seminar related to the current context that is relevant to the museum in order to provide understanding to the entire community. "Maybe we will hold a virtual seminar or what is more popularly known as a webinar," said Holqi.
The museum, he said, also invited Hamzawadi University to provide a place to exhibit the work of Maulanasyaikh TGKH M Zainuddin Abdul Majid at the NTB Museum, who is currently the only son of NTB who is a national hero.
"NTB Museum also invites Hamzanwadi University to provide training and care for historical items for the community," said the Lecturer of Postgraduate Studies at Hamzanwadi University in conclusion.
