Selong - BEM Faculty of Engineering (FT) Hamzanwadi University in collaboration with PT. Sastra Barra Toga held a Career Seminar Talkshow event for final year students in the Faculty of Engineering.

The theme raised was "The Power of Growth Mentality to Shape the Careers of the Young Generation" with speakers directly from PT. Sastra Barra Toga who discussed a lot about the efforts of the current world of work which has global dynamics and challenges.

Vice Chancellor 1 of Hamzanwadi University Dr. Abdullah Muzakar, M.Si said that this talkshow seminar was held to provide a platform for students to learn directly from industry experts about the importance of a growth mindset in navigating the complexities of modern career paths.

He highlighted the ever-evolving job market landscape, emphasizing the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and cultivating a resilient mindset amidst challenges.

This seminar projects various strategies and practical approaches designed to equip prospective graduates with the tools needed to thrive in today's dynamic professional environment.
