
Strengthening International Cooperation, Hamzanwadi University Visits MSU Malaysia
Malaysia - Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Public Relations of Hamzanwadi University Dr. H. Musifuddin and his entourage visited Management and Science University Malaysia.
Arriving at the Management and Science University (MSU) Malaysia Building, he was greeted by Dr. Fadli and Dr. Ima who are teaching staff at Science University Malaysia.
"This visit is an important step in strengthening cooperation between the two institutions in improving the quality of the campus which has an impact on our student graduates," said Musifuddin, Monday (01/07/2024).
He also emphasized that this step is real evidence of Hamzanwadi University's commitment to expanding the international cooperation network in order to improve the quality of education and student development.
"We believe that cooperation with MSU Malaysia will provide great benefits for the academic development and professionalism of our students," said the Head of ABKIN NTB.
Musifuddin said that MSU Malaysia is one of the best state campuses in Malaysia which accepts many students from abroad, especially Indonesia, to do internships or student exchanges.
The main topic of discussion was discussing the implementation of the Memorandum of Agreement that had been agreed upon by both institutions, namely the Global Internship program (Internship), research collaboration and others.
"This program will be picked up and implemented by Hamzanwadi University. In the future, students will be sent to MSU Malaysia, especially students majoring in the faculty of engineering," he said.
They will intern and study in Malaysia for a certain period of time. This is important to implement considering the implementation of government programs and the embodiment of the university's vision and mission, namely going global.
Likewise, students from Management and Science University Malaysia will come to Hamzanwadi University to experience studying at Pancor which is often known as "Desa Santri".
This collaboration is a strategic step for both institutions to face global challenges and provide a more valuable learning experience for students, as well as support the development of quality human resources.
The formal visit of the vice chancellor was accompanied by the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Hariman, M.Kom., Dean of the Faculty of Health and Head of Student Achievement. This visit is a follow-up to the signing of the MoU and MoA between the two universities.
