Supporting Educational Transformation, Unham Holds Inclusive Basic Literacy IKM Integration Workshop in RPS
The Basic Literacy and Inclusive Education IKM Material Workshop in the Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a partnership program between INOVASI and Hamzanwadi University. The activity was held on Friday (14/04/2023) in the Hamzanwadi University Meeting Room. There were 26 participants (M: 14 / F: 12) who attended this activity. They consisted of elements of the Dean, Study Program Coordinator, Lecturers, Curriculum Development Center and the Hamzanwadi University grant team. The activity was opened by the Vice Chancellor of Hamzanwadi University Abdullah Muzakar, in his introduction the vice chancellor conveyed that the implementation of the independent curriculum in the context of the program consists of two levels which are the outline, namely the first level of strengthening the implementation of basic literacy and inclusive education, namely by preparing supervisors, principals, and teachers. The second level is strengthening partner LPTK, in this case the INOVASI partner LPTK is entrusted to Hamzanwadi University, this is inseparable from previous programs implemented by the Disability Service Center (PLD) which is a plus point in entrusting Hamzanwadi University as an INOVASI partner that carries the issue of Inclusive Education.
This activity discusses Courses (MK) that can be integrated with basic literacy and inclusive education in each study program, especially the Faculty of Education (FIP). Previously there was a MK in the Faculty of Education study program related to inclusive education, namely the Guidance and Counseling (BK) study program: MK BK ABK, the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education (PG PAUD) study program: MK ABK, the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) study program: MK Inclusive Education, the Physical Education study program: MK Adaptive Physical Education.
Based on the results of the discussion, in determining the MK that can be integrated with basic literacy and inclusive education, it is necessary to pay attention to the content of the material, CPL study program, so that the Curriculum Development Center team must conduct a review of the MK that can be integrated or conduct a curriculum review, so that in this activity it has not been possible to determine the MK that can be integrated with basic literacy and inclusive education. It is hoped that the integration of basic literacy and inclusive education in the MK whose output is the RPS can be a provision for students to become teachers who have the competence to overcome the issues of basic literacy and inclusive education.
