Monday, October 6, 2025 – The Vice Rector IV for Institutional Development, Governance, Data, and Information Systems at Universitas Hamzanwadi, Dr. Padlurrahman, M.Pd., officially opened a focused discussion on university rankings via Zoom.

In his remarks, Dr. Padlurrahman underscored the strategic function of university rankings as a key benchmark for the institution’s quality. He noted that rankings provide global reputation validity and serve as a crucial catalyst for internal improvement within the university.

The discussion, which lasted approximately three hours, was led by Dr. M. Halqi (Head of the Strategic Bureau at Universitas Hamzanwadi). The activity focused on expertise in the field of rankings, specifically Webometrics, featuring speaker Ikhwan Arif, ST., M.Sc.

All unit heads and staff under the coordination of Vice Rector IV attended the activity. A central takeaway from the discussion was the critical message that institutional quality can only be achieved through the joint commitment of all parties, including leaders within every respective work unit.
