Hamzanwadi University’s Pharmacy Study Program Undergoes LAM-PTKes Monitoring and Evaluation
Selong – The Bachelor of Pharmacy (S-1) Study Program at Universitas Hamzanwadi participated in a Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activity organized by the Independent Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in Health (LAM-PTKes) on Monday (July 6, 2026). The event was conducted online via the Zoom Meeting platform, commencing at 08:00 WITA (Central Indonesian Time).
This monitoring and evaluation activity is part of the external quality assurance mechanism aimed at ensuring the continued fulfillment of quality standards by the Study Program following the accreditation process. The event featured LAM-PTKes assessor Dr. rer. nat. Liling Triyasmono, S.Farm., M.Sc., Apt., who conducted verification, clarification, and evaluation processes regarding various aspects of the Study Program's operations.
During the monitoring session, the accreditation team from the Universitas Hamzanwadi Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program presented updates on the implementation of quality standards, study program achievements, and various quality improvement efforts undertaken. The discussion was interactive, covering study program governance, human resources, the teaching-learning process, research, community service, partnerships, *Tridharma* (Three Pillars of Higher Education) outputs, and the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).
Vice Rector IV for Institutional Development, Governance, and Information, Dr. Padlurrahman, M.Pd., stated that the monitoring and evaluation activity served as a crucial opportunity to gain constructive feedback for enhancing the quality of higher education delivery. The recommendations provided by the assessor will form the basis for developing follow-up programs to foster a sustainable quality culture within the Study Program.
The monitoring and evaluation activity proceeded smoothly, in an orderly manner, and in accordance with the established agenda. All participating academic community members demonstrated commitment and readiness to support the quality assurance process, as part of the effort to establish the Universitas Hamzanwadi Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program as an excellent, adaptive, and competitive entity at both national and international levels. Through this initiative, the Bachelor of Pharmacy Study Program at Hamzanwadi University reaffirms its commitment to continuous quality improvement in the delivery of education, research, and community service, thereby enabling the production of graduates who are professional, competent, and prepared to face challenges in the field of pharmacy.
