Japanese Language Enrichment Program Batch II at Hamzanwadi University Officially Commences, Preparing Students for International Internship Opportunities

Selong – Hamzanwadi University has once again demonstrated its commitment to preparing students to compete at the global level through the implementation of the Japanese Language Enrichment Program Batch II. The program officially commenced through in-person sessions on Tuesday, 9 June 2026, at the Birrul Walidain Building, YPH PPD NWDI Pancor.
A total of 32 fourth-semester students from the Tourism Study Program are participating in the program. The participants are students who successfully passed the interview stage as part of the selection process for prospective participants in the Japan International Internship Program Batch II.
The enrichment program is organized as an intensive preparatory initiative for students prior to undergoing the recruitment and placement process for internships at various partner companies in Japan. The Japanese language training is delivered by instructors appointed by PT Indonesia Nippon Anugerah (INA), Hamzanwadi University’s collaborative partner in the implementation of the international internship program in Japan.
The program was officially inaugurated by the Coordinator of the Tourism Study Program of Hamzanwadi University, Muhammad Ramli, M.Pd. In his remarks, he encouraged all participants to undertake the learning process diligently and maintain discipline throughout the duration of the program.
“This opportunity represents an important first step toward gaining international experience. Therefore, students should make the most of this learning process as preparation for the selection stages and for entering the global workforce,” he stated.
Upon completion of the language enrichment program, participants will proceed to the direct interview stage with partner companies in Japan. Students who successfully pass the selection process will subsequently undertake a one-year internship program across various industrial sectors in the country.
Through this program, Hamzanwadi University continues to expand students’ access to international exposure while enhancing their language proficiency, professional skills, and competitiveness in the global labor market. The international internship program also serves as a concrete implementation of the strategic partnership between Hamzanwadi University and its industry partners in supporting the development of highly competent human resources with an international outlook.
