Universitas Hamzanwadi FIP Holds Evaluation of 2025 Teaching Assistance Program and Presents Awards to Partner Educational Institutions
The Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP), or Faculty of Education, at Universitas Hamzanwadi successfully implemented the Teaching Assistance Program in educational units to support the implementation of the Deep Learning approach in school learning processes. This program served as a vehicle for students to develop their pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies through direct involvement in classroom learning activities.
The teaching assistance was conducted in various FIP Universitas Hamzanwadi partner educational units during the 2025/2026 Academic Year. Students played a key role in assisting teachers in designing, implementing, and evaluating Deep Learning-based instruction, including the preparation of teaching materials, classroom management, and student mentorship.
As part of the program series, the Faculty of Education held a Teaching Assistance Activity Evaluation agenda aimed at:
1. Assessing the success of the teaching assistance implementation in each partner educational unit;
2. Identifying best practices and challenges encountered during the program;
3. Formulating recommendations for enhancing the quality of the program in the next period.
On the same occasion, FIP Universitas Hamzanwadi also presented Certificates of Appreciation to Partner Educational Institutions as a form of gratitude for their cooperation, support, and contribution to the successful implementation of the Deep Learning approach and the mentoring of students during the teaching assistance activities.
Through this initiative, the Faculty hopes to foster a stronger partnership between Universitas Hamzanwadi and educational units, while simultaneously encouraging the improvement of learning quality and the professionalism of future educators.
