Universitas Hamzanwadi Hosts Academics from Five Countries at the Nutral Conference Lombok Series 2026

Pancor — Universitas Hamzanwadi hosted the Nutral Conference Lombok Series 2026, an international conference held from August 26–28, 2026, at the Faculty of Medicine Hall of Universitas Hamzanwadi, Lombok, Indonesia. Centered on the theme "Advancing Research and Innovation for a Sustainable Future," the event was conducted in a hybrid format, drawing over 300 participants—both online and in-person—from five countries: Malaysia, Yemen, Palestine, India, and Indonesia. The conference brought together academics, researchers, lecturers, students, and practitioners to discuss research and innovation developments in response to global challenges while fostering a sustainable future.

The Nutral Conference Lombok Series 2026 featured three main conference tracks: the Nutral Conference in Religious Studies Evaluation on Digital Revolution (RELIEV), the Nutral Conference in Computer Science and Engineering (CompGineer), and the Nutral Conference in Education on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (Educ-STEM). The event was organized by Nutral Conference & Publication Services in collaboration with ETLTC, with Nusa Putra University, BINUS University, and Universitas Hamzanwadi serving as co-hosts, and the IEEE Indonesia Section providing support as a sponsor. The opening ceremony was attended by, among others, the Rector of Universitas Hamzanwadi, Dr. Ir. Hj. Sitti Rohmi Djalilah, M.Pd.; the Director of Nutral, Assoc. Prof. Anggy Pradittha Junfithrana, S.Pd., M.T.; and the Vice Rector of Nusa Putra University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Samsul Pahmi, M.Pd. Leadership figures emphasized the importance of international conferences as a platform for strengthening academic networks, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the internationalization of higher education institutions. The scientific program featured seminars comprising keynote speeches and parallel sessions, providing a platform for speakers and presenters to share research findings, exchange perspectives, receive academic feedback, and explore opportunities for research collaboration and publication. In addition to the seminars, the conference included the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) among the participating institutions. This signing marked a significant milestone in strengthening commitments to academic cooperation—commitments expected to translate into joint research, scholarly publications, academic exchanges, knowledge sharing, faculty-student collaborations, international conferences, and other innovative programs.

The Nutral Conference Lombok Series 2026 represents a vital component of Universitas Hamzanwadi’s efforts to expand its international network and reinforce its role as a hub for academic engagement, research, and innovation. Through this forum, Universitas Hamzanwadi and its partners aim to ensure that the collaborations established extend beyond the seminars and MoU signings, evolving into concrete, sustainable programs that contribute to the advancement of science, education, technology, and society.
