Pancor – Hamzanwadi University continues to strengthen its partnership network with various universities in Indonesia. This time, through the Faculty of Languages, Arts, and Humanities (FBSH) and the Faculty of Education (FIP), Hamzanwadi University established a collaboration with the Hindu Teacher Training College (STKIP Agama Hindu Amlapura) marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the holding of a public lecture entitled "Strengthening the National Vision: The Role of Higher Education in Maintaining Religious Moderation and Harmony in the Archipelago" on Thursday (July 16, 2026).

The event, held at Hamzanwadi University, was officially opened by the Vice Rector I of Hamzanwadi University and attended by faculty leaders, lecturers, and students from both institutions. The signing of the MoU marks the first milestone in strengthening collaboration in education, research, community service, and human resource development.

Following the signing of the agreement, the event continued with a public lecture featuring the Head of the Hindu Teacher Training College (STKIP Agama Hindu Amlapura), Dr. I Komang Badra, S.Pd., M.Pd.H., as a resource person. In his presentation, he emphasized the important role of universities as the vanguard in instilling the values ​​of religious moderation, strengthening tolerance, and maintaining national harmony amidst the diversity of ethnicities, cultures, and religions in Indonesia.

He stated that universities are not only tasked with producing academically superior graduates but also have the responsibility to shape a generation capable of living side by side in diversity by upholding the values ​​of unity and mutual respect.

The event was attended by approximately 50 Hamzanwadi University students from various study programs. Participants gained insight into the importance of religious moderation as a foundation for maintaining national unity while strengthening national character within the university environment.

Through this collaboration, Hamzanwadi University and the Hindu Teacher Training College (STKIP Agama Hindu Amlapura) are committed to presenting various joint programs that support the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. In addition to strengthening inter-institutional relations, this collaboration is expected to produce various academic innovations while strengthening the spirit of nationalism, tolerance, and harmony in social, national, and state life.
