Hamzanwadi University Students Dominate PEKSIMIDA NTB 2026, Securing the Most Artistic Achievements and Poised to Bring Honor to West Nusa Tenggara at the National Level (PEKSIMINAS) 2026 in East Java

Pancor, East Lombok – Students from Hamzanwadi University have once again achieved remarkable success by dominating the 2026 West Nusa Tenggara Regional Student Arts Week (PEKSIMIDA), organized by the Indonesian Student Arts Body (BSMI) of West Nusa Tenggara. In this prestigious event—which serves as the selection platform for the best students from all higher education institutions in West Nusa Tenggara to advance to the 2026 National Student Arts Week (PEKSIMINAS) in East Java—Hamzanwadi University emerged as the institution with the highest number of artistic achievements.


This success stands as tangible proof of Hamzanwadi University's commitment to nurturing students who excel not only academically but also possess competence, creativity, and competitiveness in the arts and culture. Their dominant performance demonstrates that the university's sustained student development programs successfully cultivate young talents ready to compete at the national level.


At PEKSIMIDA NTB 2026, the Hamzanwadi University contingent swept a variety of top honors, securing 1st Place in Group Dance, Dance, Solo Vocal, Female Keroncong and Male Keroncong. Additionally, Hamzanwadi University students won 2nd Place in Monologue and Poster Design, as well as 3rd Place in Photography. These five first-place victories established Hamzanwadi University as the institution with the most artistic achievements at PEKSIMIDA NTB 2026 and earned the winners the opportunity to represent West Nusa Tenggara Province at the 2026 PEKSIMINAS in East Java.


Hamzanwadi University’s Vice Rector III for Student Affairs, Dr. Muhammad Ali, M.Si, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for this extraordinary achievement.
